Clutch Housing Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the manual transmission.
2. Remove the clutch slave cylinder bolts (3).





3. Remove the transmission bolts (1).
4. Separate the clutch housing from the transmission.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the clutch housing to the transmission.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the transmission bolts (1).
^ Tighten the transmission bolts to 35 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the clutch slave cylinder bolts (3).
^ Tighten the clutch slave cylinder bolts (13) to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
4. Install the manual transmission.
