Park Brake Drum Inspection - Drum

Park Brake Hardware Inspection (Drum Brakes)
1. Visually inspect the park brake hardware (7,9,10,11,12,13,24) for the following conditions:
^ Excessive corrosion
^ Excessive stretching
^ Broken components
^ Bent components
^ Twisting or binding
^ Missing components
2. Replace the park brake hardware with the drum brake shoes if necessary. Refer to Brake Shoe Replacement (FWD) or Brake Shoe Replacement (AWD) in Drum Brakes. Service and Repair
