Head Restraint Replacement - Front Seat

HEAD RESTRAINT REPLACEMENT - FRONT SEAT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise the head restraint to the full up position.




2. Insert a punch into the head restraint guide pin hole (1).
3. Slightly push the punch in while applying slight upward pressure on the head restraint. Hold upward pressure.




4. Press the head restraint sleeve height adjuster lock (1) and remove the head restraint.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the head restraint into the head restraint sleeves.




2. Press the head restraint sleeve height adjuster lock (1).
3. Slightly push the head restraint downward. Hold downward pressure.




4. Insert a punch into the head restraint guide pin hole (1).
5. Slightly push the punch in while applying slight downward pressure on the head restraint.
6. Position the head restraint to required position.
