Seat Back Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front seat outer trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement (Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement) .
2. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) .
3. Remove the seat back hinge cover. Refer to Seat Back Hinge Cover Replacement - Front (Seat Back Hinge Cover Replacement - Front) .




4. Remove 2 seat cushion frame-to-seat back frame mounting bolts (1) from each side of the seat cushion.
5. Remove the seat back.



Installation Procedure

1. Position the seat back to the seat cushion.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install 2 seat cushion frame-to-seat back frame mounting bolts (1) on each side of the seat cushion.

Tighten the seat cushion frame-to-seat back frame mounting bolts to 37.5 N.m (28 lb ft).

3. Install seat back hinge cover. Refer to Seat Back Hinge Cover Replacement - Front (Seat Back Hinge Cover Replacement - Front) .
4. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) .
5. Install the front seat outer trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement (Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement) .
