Seat Back Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear (Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear) .




2. Remove two rear seat back retaining screws (1).




3. Lift the rear seat back assembly up until the seat back retaining hooks (1) release from the retaining slots (2) in the rear compartment front panel.
4. Remove the rear seat back rest from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Position the rear seat back rest in the vehicle.




2. Slide the rear seat back rest retaining hooks (1) into the retaining slots (2) in the rear compartment front panel.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install 2 rear seat back retaining screws (1).

Tighten the rear seat back rest retaining screws to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

4. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear (Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear) .
