Steering Wheel Control Switch Assembly Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 in SIR.





2. Remove the steering wheel control switches from the steering wheel pad using a small flat-bladed tool.





3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the steering wheel control switches.
4. Remove the steering wheel control switches from the steering wheel.

Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical connector to the steering wheel control switch.
2. Position the steering wheel control switches to the steering wheel pad.





3. Install the steering wheel control switches to the steering wheel pad pressing into place until fully seated.
4. Inspect the operation of the steering wheel control switches.
5. Enable the SIR system.
