Seat Cushion Frame Replacement - Front

SEAT CUSHION FRAME REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front seat cushion cover and pad from the cushion frame.
2. Remove the seat back from the cushion frame.
3. Remove the power seat switch bracket from the frame, if equipped.
4. Remove the seat adjuster bolts (9) from the seat cushion frame (8).
5. Remove the seat adjusters (2) from the seat cushion frame (8).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the seat adjuster (2) to the seat cushion frame (8).
2. Install the seat adjuster bolts (9) to the seat cushion frame (8).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).

3. Install the power seat switch bracket to the seat cushion frame, if equipped.
4. Install the seat back to the cushion frame.
5. Install the front seat cushion cover and pad to the seat cushion frame.
