Window Run Channel Replacement - Rear Door

Removal Procedure






Notice: Refer toPaint Damage Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Apply masking tape to the door frame and applique.
2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer toWater Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
4. Position the window in the full down position.
5. Remove the window channel bolt (2).
6. Remove the window channel from the door.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the window channel (1) in the door.

Notice: Refer toFastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the window run channel bolts (2).

Tighten the bolts to 10Nm (89 lb in).

3. Inspect the window for proper operation.
4. Remove the masking tape from the frame and applique.
5. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer toWater Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
6. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
