82. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Installation

Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Installation





1. Important: Position the gasket O-ring seal onto the nipple portion of the pipe.

Install the gaskets onto the engine coolant air bleed pipe and covers.





2. Install the hose and clamp (322) onto the pipe (307).





3. Install the hose and clamps onto the pipe.
4. Install the pipe (307) and gaskets (308).

5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the bolts (309).
Tighten the pipe bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).





6. Install the covers (313) and gaskets (308).
7. Install the bolts (312).
Tighten the cover bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
