Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper

TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) UPPER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove both windshield garnish moldings.
2. With a flat-bladed tool, release the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim clips from the I/P.
3. Remove the ambient light sensor from the I/P upper trim panel.

IMPORTANT: Do not scratch the ambient light sensor with the retaining clip at the center of the I/P upper trim panel.




4. Remove the I/P upper trim panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the I/P upper trim panel to the I/P.
2. Install the ambient light sensor.
3. Align the trim panel with the I/P and push towards the I/P to engage the upper trim panel clips.
4. Install both windshield garnish moldings.
