HVAC CONTROL MODULE PROGRAMMING AND SETUP

Each of the following service procedures requires programming or setup procedures to be performed on the HVAC control module.

HVAC Control Module Replacement - Automatic HVAC
If the HVAC control module is replaced, the following procedure must be performed:
Re-Calibrating actuators - Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators in HVAC Systems-Automatic. Programming and Relearning

Actuator Replacement - Automatic HVAC
If an actuator is replaced, the following procedure must be performed
Re-Calibrating actuators - Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators in HVAC Systems - Automatic. Programming and Relearning

HVAC Control Module Replacement - Manual HVAC
If the HVAC control module is replaced no additional procedures are necessary.

Actuator Replacement - Manual HVAC
If an actuator is replaced, a re-calibration of the actuator is not necessary. The HVAC module knows the exact location of the door when the HVAC system is turned on.
