Seat Adjuster Motor Replacement - Front (TILT)

SEAT ADJUSTER MOTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT (TILT)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Place the seat in the full up position to relieve tension on the motor.

CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution.

2. Remove the front seat.




3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.




4. Remove the seat motor fastener.




5. Remove the seat motor roll pin.




6. Remove the seat motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the seat motor.




2. Install the seat motor roll pin.




3. Install the seat motor fastener.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the fastener to 7 N.m (62 lb in).




4. Connect the electrical connectors.
5. Install the front seat.
