Exhaust Pipe Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the muffler.
2. Remove the exhaust pipe to right catalytic converter nuts.
3. Remove the exhaust pipe from the right catalytic converter.
4. Remove and discard the exhaust pipe gasket.

Installation Procedure

Important: Reversing the installation of the exhaust pipe may result in failure of the component and/or customer dissatisfaction.





1. Install a NEW exhaust pipe gasket.
2. Install the exhaust pipe to the right catalytic converter.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the exhaust pipe to right catalytic converter nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the muffler.
