Energy Absorber Pad Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the door sound insulator. Refer to Sound Insulator Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the energy absorber pad (1) from the back of the door trim panel (2), by pulling the energy absorber pad (1) slowly away from the trim panel (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the energy absorber pad (1) to the trim panel (3).
2. Install the door sound insulator. Refer to Sound Insulator Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .
