Sunshade Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the courtesy lamp fuse. Refer to Power and Grounding Component Views in Wiring Systems.




2. Unclip the sunshade assembly (1) from the sunshade support (2).
3. Remove the sunshade assembly attaching screws (3).
4. Pull the sunshade assembly away from the headliner, then disconnect the sunshade wire harness electrical connector (4).



Installation Procedure





1. Position the sunshade assembly to the headliner, then connect the sunshade wire harness electrical connector (4).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the sunshade assembly attaching screws (3).

Tighten the sunshade retaining screws to 0.75 N.m (7 lb in).

3. Clip the sunshade assembly (1) to the sunshade support (2).
4. Install the courtesy lamp fuse. Refer to Power and Grounding Component Views in Wiring Systems.
