Trim Panel Replacement - Cargo Area Rear

TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - CARGO AREA REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove 4 cargo area rear trim panel retaining screws (1).
2. Remove 4 retainers (2) along the lower surface of the cargo area rear trim panel.
3. Remove 2 retainers (3) attaching the upper sides of the cargo area rear trim panel.
4. Lift the cargo area trim panel over the rear compartment lid latch and remove from vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the cargo area trim panel over the rear compartment lid latch.
2. Install 2 retainers (3) attaching the upper sides of the cargo area rear trim panel.
3. Install retainers (2) along the lower surface of the cargo area rear trim panel.
4. Install 4 cargo area rear trim panel retaining screws (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the cargo area rear trim panel retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
