Seat Belt Replacement - Rear

SEAT BELT REPLACEMENT - REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
2. Remove the rear seat back.




3. Remove the rear seat belt anchor bolt (1).
4. Remove the upper quarter trim panel.




5. Remove the rear seat belt upper guide bolt (4), wave washer (2) and seat belt spacer (1).




6. Remove the rear seat belt retractor bolt (2) and remove rear seat belt assembly (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the rear seat belt retractor (1) to the vehicle. Secure the retractor with the mounting bolt (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the rear seat belt retractor bolt to 42.5 N.m (31 lb ft).




2. Install the rear seat belt upper guide bolt (4), wave washer (2) and seat belt spacer (1).

Tighten the rear seat belt upper guide bolt to 42.5 N.m (31 lb ft).

3. Install the upper quarter trim panel.




4. Install the rear seat belt anchor bolt (1).

Tighten the rear seat belt anchor bolt to 42.5 N.m (31 lb ft).

5. Install the rear seat back.
6. Install the rear seat cushion.
