Important: End play specifications are the same for both the 4-pinion reaction carrier (651) and the 5-pinion reaction carrier (651A).

Using a feeler gage, measure the pinion washer wear.
^ The correct end play is between 0.228 - 0.610 mm (0.009 - 0.024 inch).
