Hinge Replacement - Floor Console Arm Rest

Removal Procedure





1. Raise the front floor console armrest.
2. Remove the lower armrest hinge screws.
3. Remove the armrest and hinge.
4. Remove the upper armrest hinge screws.
5. Remove the armrest hinge.



Installation Procedure





1. Align the armrest hinge to the armrest.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the upper armrest hinge screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Align the armrest and hinge to the floor console.
4. Install the lower armrest hinge screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Lower the armrest.
