1. Caution: Refer to SIR Caution in Service Precautions.

Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3.
2. Pull the tilt lever out from the steering column.

Installation Procedure





1. Push the tilt lever into the steering column.
2. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3.
