Lumbar Replacement - Front Seat

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) .
2. Remove the seat trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat (Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat) .
3. Remove the seat cushion trim and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front (Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front) .




4. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
5. Remove the seat back pad. Refer to Seat Back Pad Replacement - Front (Seat Back Pad Replacement - Front) .




6. Remove the lumbar clips.




7. Remove the lumbar.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the lumbar to the seat frame.




2. Install the lumbar clips.
3. Install the seat back pad. Refer to Seat Back Pad Replacement - Front (Seat Back Pad Replacement - Front) .




4. Connect the electrical connector (1).
5. Install the seat cushion trim and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front (Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Front) .
6. Install the seat trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat (Trim Panel Replacement - Front Seat) .
7. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket (Seat Replacement - Front Bucket) .
