Drive Belt Replacement
^ Tools Required
- J 44811 Accessory Belt Tensioner Unloader

Removal Procedure





1. Using the J 44811, rotate the drive belt tensioner counter clockwise to release the spring tension.
2. Remove the drive belt from around the tensioner.
3. Remove the right front fender liner.
4. Remove the engine splash shield.
5. Remove the drive belt from around all the other pulleys.
6. Remove the drive belt from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the drive belt to the vehicle.
2. Install the drive belt around all the pulleys, except for the tensioner.
3. Install the engine splash shield.
4. Install the right front fender liner.
5. Using the J 44811, rotate the drive belt tensioner counter clockwise to release the spring tension.
6. Install the drive belt around the tensioner.
