Removal Procedure
1. Remove the shift knob and boot.
2. Remove the console.





3. Remove the control lever boot rivets.
4. Remove the shift control lever boot.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the shift control lever boot.
2. Install the control lever boot rivets.
3. Install the console.
4. Install the shift lever assembly.
