Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Lower Rear

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the rear seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear (Seat Replacement - Rear) in Seats.
2. Remove the bolt (2).
3. Remove the rear seat hinge (3).
4. Gently pry the rear body side lower garnish molding plastic retainers and remove the molding (1) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear body side lower garnish molding (1) to the vehicle. Ensure that the plastic retainers are fully seated.
2. Install the rear seat hinge (3) to the rear body side lower garnish molding (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the bolt (2) to the rear seat hinge (3).

Tighten the rear seat hinge bolt to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

4. Install the rear seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear (Seat Replacement - Rear) in Seats.
