Instrument Panel (I/P) Harness Replacement

INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) HARNESS REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the upper instrument panel assembly.
2. Remove the lower instrument panel assembly.
3. Remove the following components from the instrument panel (2):
- The right I/P outer air outlet
- The plastic retainers
- The left I/P outer air outlet
- The screws
- The wire harness retainers
- The instrument panel wiring harness (5)

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the instrument panel wiring harness (5) to the instrument panel (2). Secure the harness with the following:
- The wire harness retainers
- The screws
2. Install the left I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the plastic retainer.
3. Install the right I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the screw.
4. Install the lower instrument panel assembly.
5. Install the upper instrument panel assembly.
