Differential Case Assemble




1. Install the front differential ring gear (501) onto the front differential (503).
2. Install the differential ring gear bolts (500).

Tighten the bolts to 90 N.m (66 lb ft).




3. Press the front differential bearing cone assemblies (502, 504) onto the front differential assembly using a differential bearing installer (1) and a press.
