Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel filler cap.
3. Remove the bolt from the fuel filler pocket at the fuel filler neck.
4. Remove the fuel filler pocket.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel filler pocket to the fuel filler neck.
2. Press until the pocket is fully seated.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the fuel filler neck bolt.

Tighten the fuel filler neck bolt to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

4. Replace the fuel filler cap.
5. Close the fuel filler door.
