Washer Pump Replacement

WASHER PUMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the washer solvent from the washer solvent container.
2. Remove the front fender liner.
3. Disconnect the washer pump electrical connector.
4. Disconnect the washer pump hose (3) from the washer pump (2).
5. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.
6. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the washer pump seal from the washer solvent container.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the washer pump seal to the washer solvent container, pressing in until fully seated.
2. Position the washer pump to the washer solvent container pressing in until fully seated.
3. Connect the washer pump electrical connector.
4. Connect the washer pump hose (3) to the washer pump (2).
5. Install the front fender liner.
6. Fill the washer solvent container with washer solvent.
7. Inspect the washers for proper operation.
