Diagnostic Instructions

Circuit/System Description

This diagnostic procedure applies to serial data indicators located in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) which may include the low fuel indicator.

Circuit/System Testing

Ignition ON, with the scan tool, perform the IPC Displays Test in the IPC Output Controls. Verify that all IPC indicators including the low fuel indicator illuminates and turns OFF after the displays test.
