Oil Pump Drive Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the intake manifold cover.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
3. Remove the oil pump drive bolt.
4. Remove the oil pump drive.

Installation Procedure




1. Coat the seal or bore in the engine block with prelube. Refer to Sealers, Adhesives, and Lubricants
2. Install the oil pump drive.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

3. Install the oil pump drive bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
5. Install the intake manifold cover.
