Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement

REAR SIDE DOOR WINDOW WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the rear door.
2. Lower the window to the full down position.
3. Grasp the door window weatherstrip in the center. Pull downward until the weatherstrip fully releases from the door frame.
4. Remove the window weatherstrip from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the window weatherstrip to the window opening.
1. Starting in the corners, position the window weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange of the door frame.
2. Working outward in both directions fitting the window weatherstrip.
2. Inspect the operation of the window to ensure that the weatherstrip is properly positioned to the door frame.
3. Close the rear door.
