Charge Air Cooler Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe.
2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
3. Remove the front radiator air deflector.
4. Remove the front bumper fascia air deflector.
5. Remove the charge air cooler bolts.
6. Remove the charge air cooler.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the charge air cooler.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the charge air cooler bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the front bumper fascia air deflector.
4. Install the front radiator air deflector.
5. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
6. Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe.
