Front Side Door Lock Striker Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the front side door.
2. Remove the following components from the door jamb:
- The 2 screws (4)
- The door lock striker (8)

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




Install the door lock striker (8) to the door jamb. Secure the striker with the 2 screws (4).

Tighten the door lock striker screws to 23 N.m (17 lb ft)

2. Close the front side door.
