Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement (Outboard)

Removal Procedure




1. Disable driver seat SIR, if removing driver seat outer track cover.
2. Disable passenger seat SIR, if removing passenger seat outer track cover.
3. Remove the recliner handle (2) from the front seat outboard adjuster by disengaging the retaining tab (1).




4. Remove the 2 screws (2) from the outer track cover (3).
5. Disengage the tabs (1) from the outer track cover (3).
6. Remove the outer track cover (3).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the outboard adjuster finish cover (3) to the front seat assembly, by engaging the tabs (1).
2. Install the 2 screws (2) to the outer track cover (3).




3. Install the recliner handle (2) to the front seat outboard adjuster.
4. Make sure recliner handle tab (1) engages to the recliner.
5. Enable driver seat SIR, if outer track cover is removed.
6. Enable passenger sear SIR, if outer track cover is removed.
