Rear Compartment Lid Lock Cylinder Replacement (Hatchback)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the hatchback door lower garnish molding, if equipped.
2. Disconnect the lock rod.
3. Remove the nuts and the lock cylinder.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the lock cylinder with the nuts and tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb in).
2. Connect the lock rod.
3. Install the hatchback door lower garnish molding, if equipped.
