Instrument Cluster Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement.
2. Remove the I/P cluster screws.
3. Remove the I/P cluster.
4. Remove the I/P cluster wire harness connector.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the I/P cluster wire harness connector.
2. Install the I/P cluster.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Tighten the I/P cluster screws.

Tighten the screws to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).

4. Install the I/P cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement.
5. Refer to Control Module References Programming and Relearning for programming and setup information.
