Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the battery and tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement Service and Repair.




2. Using a floor jack and a block of wood, support the powertrain.




3. Remove the left transmission mount to bracket bolts (1).




4. Remove the left transmission mount to body bolts (1).
5. Remove the transmission mount (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the left transmission mount (2) to the vehicle.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the transmission mount to body bolts (1) and tighten to 25 Nm (16 lb ft).




3. Install the left transmission mount to transmission bolts (1) and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
4. Remove the floor jack supporting the engine.
5. Install the battery and tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement Service and Repair.
