Removal Procedure

1. Set No. 1 cylinder to TDC/compression.
2. Remove crankshaft pulley.





Note: Do not turn the crankshaft without the chain tensioner assembly installed.

3. Remove the 2 nuts (1, 2) and the chain tensioner assembly, and gasket.
