Front Side Door Jamb Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the one mounting bolt and pull the switch (1) from the door jamb.
2. Disconnect the front door jamb switch electrical connector.
3. Remove the door jamb switch (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the front door jamb switch electrical connector.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the switch (1) to the door jamb. Secure the switch with the mounting bolt. Tighten the front door jamb switch mounting bolt to 8 Nm (71 lb in).
