Direct Clutch Assembly Assemble




1. Install the direct clutch hub to the rear sun gear assembly.




2. Install the thrust bearing race, the thrust needle roller bearing and the direct clutch hub thrust bearing race to the direct clutch hub.
3. Install the 2-4 clutch plates to the transmission case.




4. Install the 2-4 clutch and plates (2, 3) to the transmission case.




5. Coat a new seal (1) with ATF WS and install it to the direct clutch housing.




6. Coat the new seals (1, 2) with ATF WS and install them to the direct clutch piston.
7. Coat the direct clutch housing with ATF WS.
