Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (Except All Wheel Drive and GT)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear brake rotor. Refer to Rear Brake Rotor Replacement (Rear Brake Rotor Replacement).
2. Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector from the sensor.
Position the sensor harness to the side.




3. Remove the 4 bolts (1, 2, 3, 4) and the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly with the 4 bolts (1, 2, 3, 4). Tighten the bolts to 100 Nm (74 lb ft).
2. Connect the rear wheel speed sensor connector.
3. Install the rear brake rotor. Refer to Rear Brake Rotor Replacement (Rear Brake Rotor Replacement).
