1-2-3-4-Reverse Clutch Sprag Removal




1. Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring (1) from the transaxle case.




2. Remove the 1, 2, 3, 4, reverse clutch sprag (1) from the transaxle case.




3. Remove the outer race retainer (1) from the 1, 2, 3, 4, reverse clutch sprag.




4. Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring (1).




5. Remove the flange (1), discs and plates from the transaxle case.
