Low Clutch and 2nd Clutch Sprag Disassemble




1. Remove the low clutch sprag inner thrust washer (1) from the rear sun gear assembly (2).




2. Remove the low clutch sprag (2) and the thrust needle roller bearing (1) from the transaxle case.




3. Remove the 2nd clutch sprag inner race (1) from the low clutch sprag.




4. Remove the 2nd clutch outer sprag (1) from the transaxle case.




5. Remove the low clutch sprag thrust washer (1) from the rear carrier assembly.




6. Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring (1).
7. Remove the 2nd clutch plates from the transaxle case.
