53. Camshaft Cover Installation

Camshaft Cover Installation





Note: Remove any old packing material from the contact surface of the cover and cylinder head.

1. Install the cylinder head cover gasket to the cover.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the cover with the 8 bolts (1, 2) and 2 nuts (3).

* Bolts 1 to 11 Nm (8 lb ft)
* Bolts 2 to 14 Nm (10 lb ft)
* Nuts 3 to 11 Nm (8 lb ft)
