Transmission Fluid Pump Removal

1. Rotate the transaxle case with the oil pump side facing up.




2. Remove the bolts (1-18) from the torque converter and differential housing to transmission case.

Note: The differential may be removed when the transaxle housing is removed.

3. Tap on the circumference of the torque converter and differential housing with a plastic hammer to separate them.




4. Remove the bolts (1-7) and oil pump from the transaxle case.
