Key to Exploded View
1- Nut M 10
2- Washer A 10.5
3- Roller or Roller with slot (check)
4- Nut
5- Washer A 10.5
6- Tensioning roller for balance shaft
7- Balance shaft belt (Handle with care, do not twist or turn, store separately. When installing belt make sure side of belt with color coded tooth faces out).
8- Bolt M 10 x 35 (Hold with special tool 9200 when unscrewing)
9- Washer (position correctly)
10- Collar (position correctly)
11- Bolt M 10 x 35
12- Washer (position correctly)
13- Collar (position correctly)
14- Balance shaft drive gear (Check movement of seat of balance shaft)
15- Woodruff key
16- Balance shaft drive gear (Check movement of seat of balance shaft)
17- Woodruff key
18- Bolt M 6 x 16
19- Washer A 6.4
20- Pulley
21- Bolt M 16 x 1.5 x 60 Torque to 210 Nm (151 ft lbs)
22- Washer (position correctly)
23- Gear for balance shaft drive
24- Gear for camshaft drive (Belt collar faces compensating drive gear)
25- Woodruff key
26- Thrust washer
27- Seal (Replace)
