Replace Fuel Cooler


We are writing to inform you that we would like to replace the fuel cooler of your 1984 model Porsche 928S.

Porsche has determined that in the course of prolonged mounting stress of the newly introduced fuel cooler on early production 1984 model Porsche 928 vehicles, an inner tube could crack. Should this happen, fuel could gradually enter the air conditioning system and dilute the compressor oil and cause compressor failure. So that your air conditioning will function effectively at all times we would appreciate it if you would have your vehicle checked as soon as possible. Please contact your authorized Porsche dealer for an appointment. The necessary work will be free of charge.
