SUBJECT: SERVICE ACTION JQ 1984 MODEL PORSCHE 928S REPLACE FUEL COOLER
This is to inform you of the initiation of a service action involving some early production 1984 Porsche 928s vehicles within the following vehicle identification number range:
WPOJA_92_ES860061 - WPOJA_92_ES860375
It is Possible that in the course of prolonged mounting stress the inner brass cooling tube could crack allowing freon to escape. If this condition would not immediately be detected, fuel pressure would eventually exceed the freon pressure, allowing fuel to enter the air conditioning system and render the air conditioner inoperative.
To prevent possible damage to the compressor, the fuel cooler is to be replaced on each affected vehicle as soon as possible.

Removed Parts
All removed parts in connection with this program must immediately be discarded.
