Under the above campaign code you are requested to replace bushings in the cruise control linkage.
The metal bushings installed in the car are of light color and can easily be mistaken for plastic bushings. Only disassembly will show conclusively if metal or plastic bushings are installed.
Regardless if metal or plastic bushings are found, the campaign should be performed including the use of the campaign parts kit Part Number 944.999.000.01.
