In cases where the recall can not be performed, submit a claim* with the appropriate disposition code by inserting the code in at the last digit of the damage code:
Owner Name and Address Changes

If vehicle is shown on you dealer printout as still being in inventory and a retail sale has taken place, report to vehicle distribution using warranty card of DCS, and perform campaign as outlined above.

If owner name and address is shown incorrectly, submit correction using name/address change postcard from warranty and maintenance booklet or report via DCS on the "Recall Owner Update" function.
